Jeffrey nailed it. By clarifying our challenges in writing, I don’t know if you picked that up in the video, we can then start to take constructive action that benefits everyone involved. Their company, our company and US!
But if we struggle to get clear on what works best for all parties, we will continue to struggle.
And when you come at from a servant mindset, a “How can we help you through these difficult times?” mindset, we will end up being rewarded when the pendulum swings back the other way!
