Randy hits another one out of the park here.
When you start to use this 5 person formula, you can use it in every aspect of your life.
Fitness, financial, business, relationships, spiritual
I want to take this a step forward and actually give you a little food for thought here. Let’s take a look at the mix of people in this 5 person group…
Person 1: This should be someone who is there. Someone who has already achieved the ideal that you are looking for. Get around them… a lot. Find out what they think, find out the habits that they do day in and day out. Start to take these same actions and your actions will start to help you change the results in your life.
Person 2: Someone who is almost there but not quite. Again, find out what they think and what they do. But here, try and find out what they are doing that is holding them back from being there and avoid these activities.
Person 3: Someone who is slightly ahead of you on the path. Same as above but this person could be a sounding board and someone you can grow with.
Person 4: Someone who wants the same result that you do and is where you are, again someone you can grow with.
Person 5: Someone who is slightly behind you but motivated to get the result that you seek as well, someone that you can teach and help keep them motivated.
This is a good mix, the one thing that you want to be careful with whoever you place in your circle is that their values are above reproach. You do not want anyone in your circle that bends the rules or who is willing to break the proper rules to get to the result. You want honest, forthright people in your circles.
