When I look back at my life, I find that the summer time is always the time where I have seemed to let things slide. I don’t know why that is but I do know that it is certainly a habit that I am currently trying to work on.
I mean I always seemed to be active but it is the time when cooking on the grill seems to increase or vacation takes you away from your home base where you may have the gym you go to.
And quite frankly, it’s just HOT!!!

This year, I have managed to go to the gym a little more frequently then normal but my weight loss has slowed down a little more then I would have liked.
So there is a little more work to be done.
I am using the Habit Busting System to help me bridge the gap from where I am to where I want to be and it has opened my eyes to a couple of insights that I did not have before this summer. So I am making some changes in my thinking and my actions to get me back on track.
