President Obama, The Bailout and The SAD message to our youth…

I have been doing a lot of soul searching recently about this financial bailout on the table in Washington, DC. And it has really been a source of anxiety for me.

I know this goes completely against what I believe because I don’t have any direct control over what they do in Washington. But I am sad about what this message says to the youth in this country and around the world.

You hear some phrases like…

“Too big to fail.” What does that mean?????

I don’t think anything is too big to fail. Failure is the natural mechanism that causes us to learn. If we can not make mistakes, we can never learn.

You’ll also hear… “We have to so something…”

Now hear is where I have a huge problem…

The universe works with perfect, scientific and mathematical precision. It always has and it always will. With this type of legislation, we are forcing ourselves, our children and our children’s children in to financial slavery. There is always a price to be paid. If not now, then in the future. But the price will be paid.

If our government were really serious about helping this country, they would make the book, “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill a mandatory study in our schools.

They would also teach courses on goal setting from the earliest possible age.

They would use resources like www.kolbe.com to help discover our children’s natural and innate skills and help them find a way to provide a value with those skills that others would willingly pay for.

Not force people to pay for it!

I will be writing more about my feelings about this subject in the future.
