Stepping up your game…
Let’s face it, if we are trying to succeed but we continue to do the same things over and over in our lives, we are going to continue to get the same results. Now don’t get me wrong if you are succeeding, carry on, but keep in mind that to continue to move upwards to the next level, there will be some change required in order to get there.
BUT…
If you are not succeeding with what you are doing right at this moment, then as Randy says in the video, it is time to raise the bar. We need to constantly raise the bar on our performance to continually get to the next level. And if we are floundering now where we are at then we need to change things up with the ACTIONS WE are taking.
No need to change what others are doing, no need for the economy to get better, or a new president to be elected. We need to change the things we are doing to create that new result.
