And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love. 1 Corinthians 13:13
This past Sunday’s message was a real eye opener for me and it really made me examine how I looked at the word… LOVE. Here are the two previous post, please check them out before you continue if you are just getting to this series:

Part Two – http://www.lifetosuccess.com/2010/11/16/the-greatest-personal-quality-to-possess…-part-2/
In this post we will continue on in 1 Corinthians 13 Verse 3:
And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.
Take a few minutes and let this soak in…
Even if you give up everything you have in physical possession, your property, your money… everything. Even if you lay down your life for the cause, if you do it without love, it profits you…
NOTHING!!!!!
Do you see the reoccurring theme?
Love is EVERYTHING!!!
Again, I would have to conclude that if you gave up everything with unconditional love, you would reap, as they say, windfall profits!
This is a state of mind that we need to develop as a habitual way of looking at things. Looking at things in a loving way. An unselfish, unconditional way!
Not in this kind of way, “Well if this person does this then I will be loving to them.”
Or “I will be happy with them if only they were to act like this.”
This is about acting in an unconditional loving way, regardless of the circumstances around us. Regardless of what the other person does or says. No matter what our present circumstances are.
We need to LOVE where we are at in our lives, look for the lessons to be learned and be thankful for everything we have in a loving way.
This does not mean that we stop growing, but we have to be faithful in love when the amounts we have are small.
I would love to hear what you think of this subject, leave your comments below.
As Always, Here’s to Your LifetoSuccess,
God Bless You,
