The next obstacle that we face on this road trip of life is… Drum roll please…..

THE PEOPLE AROUND US!

We discussed this at length in the part in traveling companions but we will take a little closer look at it here.

Now matter how we try we will be shaped by the people who we keep company with. This is an indisputable fact.

If we hang with people who are traveling down the wrong path, we will find ourselves being pulled in that direction as well. This is a normal and natural way of life.

At best even if we are great people, we will still expose ourselves to the temptation of living the same type of life that they do.

We need to surround ourselves with people who will cause us to grow. And we need to have people that we can help grow as well.
