With only a short period of time before the end of 2007, are you getting ready for the year ahead?
Some questions to consider:
1. Did I reach my major goals for 2007? If yes, start setting your 2008 major goals. If no, start looking at the reasons why. One of the biggest reasons we don’t reach our goals is because the desire was hot enough to make it happen. Think about it, when we are charged up about something nothing gets in our way.
2. Did I grow as a human being or did I just maintain? What new skill did you learn this year? And with the knowledge of that skill, how did you use it to get a results. My mentor, Jim Rohn, says “Results is the name of the game.” Why are we here? To get a result of some kind. For all of us this result is different based on our innate skills and abilities.
