Work Effectively Within Their “Drama”

Success in life will only come through dealing effectively with others. The big problem we face here is that when dealing with others, emotions play a big role when dealing with the majority of people we run into day in and day out.

In this video, Bob Burg addresses the issue of working with the “drama” in the lives of others.

It is funny because as he is describing the the first guy in this video, I almost seen my self a little except for the “that’s impossible” part. I am the type of person who needs to “process” things prior to responding to a question, suggestion or challenge. Knowing that about myself, I always make sure that I let others that I interact with on a regular basis know this about me.

I have a pretty structured life so when someone introduces something outside of the structure that I have going on, I need to “process” that into the structure I already have going on.

But this isn’t about me, this is about working with others and how we handle the inevitable “dramas” that people face.

Make sure to watch this video from beginning to end, Bob addresses that question with some great advice on how to effectively work within the other person’s “drama”.

Success is something that is attained by working with others towards a common goal or by influencing others to take positive action in their lives, working with others is key to living a successful life.
