You tend to have more control.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few points to consider when un-cluttering yourself:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Take time to track your time.<\/strong> Where does your time go? Take a two week period and log all your activity. You will be surprised at some of the things you will find. You will probably find about two hours of productive time a day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Group &#8220;like&#8221; tasks together.<\/strong> For example, do all your phone calls in one sitting. Answer all your emails at one time during the day. You do not have to constantly check your email, do it at one time during the day, if there is an emergency, your phone will ring.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
