Are you spending your time on the things that matter most?<\/p>\n

Examples:<\/p>\n

2. Training your personnel to properly handle the the customers, you are feverishly trying to get into the doors of your business!<\/p>\n

1. Spending more time in the back office making sure all the paperwork is done properly.<\/p>\n

2. Leaving your staff to their own devices while handling the customers.<\/p>\n

Spending major time on the things that bring you the most results is key to your business flourishing or floundering.<\/p>\n

Take a few minutes to look at your life and start to make a log of what you are doing with your days. If you are focused on activities that are not bringing you the results you are looking for, then it is time to start focusing your efforts and time on the things that will bring you the results that you are looking for.<\/p>\n
