Tomorrow, in the US, we will be celebrating Independence Day. This is the day that the point in time the US decided to break free from a tyrannical and oppressive rule of England.<\/p>\n

As individuals, we are faced with some of the worst oppression that you could possibly imagine and that comes from…<\/p>\n

OURSELVES!<\/strong><\/p>\n

We hold ourselves back from great things because of fear.<\/p>\n

Fear of the unknown. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Fear from thinking about what others will think of us.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fear of taking responsibility for our own lives.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This has been embedded in us through years of programming that we have allowed to happen to us.<\/p>\n

But when we find this to be true, it is a very liberating point in our lives. This is the point when we can choose to either continue down that path and live our lives based on situations and circumstance.<\/p>\n

Or we can claim our independence and start to form the life we desire and start to live our lives based on our own rules.<\/p>\n

We can take control over our thoughts, feelings and habits.<\/p>\n

We can take control over how we deal with people.<\/p>\n

We can take control over our health and fitness levels.<\/p>\n

We can take control over our finances.<\/p>\n

The chose is our!<\/p>\n

Here are a few resources that can help you with your claiming your independence:<\/p>\n

1. Lee Milteer’s Habit Busting System<\/a><\/em><\/strong> – Lee Milteer has put together a masterful program for habit change. This is a program that I review at least once every month to keep the ideas fresh in my mind.<\/p>\n

2. The Simple Science of Invincibility<\/a><\/em><\/strong> – This Simpleology program is by far one of the most exciting program that I have come across in a while. This is a program that I review on a weekly basis. This program has me charged up and focused on some goals that I let slip to the side. But I am on them like nobody’s business now.<\/p>\n
