So what is the truth?<\/p>\n
If you are reading this post, there are some truths that I can be sure of right now:<\/p>\n
1. You were born
\n2. You will die<\/p>\n
Everything that happens between those two events after you were deemed mature enough to be out on your own, is a direct result of the way you use your mind and your actions.<\/p>\n
Results are based on the thoughts you have followed by the actions based on those thoughts.<\/p>\n
But the question that has to answered is:<\/p>\n
Where do you find your truth?<\/p>\n
And when you look at that source, does that source require that you make personal change in your life or does it require others to change in order for you to achieve some form of happiness?<\/p>\n
I personally use The Bible for my source of truth. This is the inspired Word of God and when I read the words in this book it reaches me, I feel almost at a cellular level.<\/p>\n
It takes me high and challenges my assumptions.<\/p>\n
It causes me to examine my life and my motives.<\/p>\n
There are some obstacles when it comes to using the Bible as your source of the truth.<\/p>\n
It is a source that requires that you examine your own life, not to examine the lives of others.<\/p>\n
As you can certainly, look at the actions of others and determine whether their actions are right or wrong, we certainly are in no position to judge the heart of the individual.<\/p>\n
This is God’s job.<\/p>\n
