It is these actions and thoughts that are either serving us or destroying us one minute at a time.<\/p>\n<p>Our life is nothing more than our accumulating minutes built up and adding up to our life as we know it to this minute.<\/p>\n<p>So how do we go about changing the outcome we currently face and repeatedly face?<\/p>\n<p>The only way to do that is to change our habit and our habitual thinking.
