Support and full understanding of the project at hand is another important prerogative of team management. Make sure that everyone understands their part of the job and also the point how their contribution is necessary for the achievement of the higher goal. For the successful achievement of the common goal programme it is very essential to clearly mention to the team members what each one is expected to do. Always make sure that you give your team to deal with relevant games and situations so that it is related to the real work they have to do.
