True Success in life comes with providing value to others based on your unique skill sets. Your ability to provide value to others through your own business or through your employer require the same mindset.<\/p>\n

When you look at the end result your skills provide this is what you are selling, either to an employer or to a client.<\/p>\n

When you look at yourself as a business, your mindset changes even if you are currently working for someone else.<\/p>\n

Here are some thoughts to ponder:<\/p>\n

1. If you are working for someone else right now, simply look at them as your biggest client… At this MOMENT!<\/strong> When you start to look for ways to leverage your talents and abilities, you will find that a lot of talent is squandered in companies due to poor leadership. People are often placed in positions that do not fully utilize their unique talents and abilities.<\/p>\n

When you start to become aware of your talents and abilities, it is our duty to fully utilize these talents to profitably<\/strong> serve the people around you. Once you start concentrating on this, you may out grow your current company very quickly.<\/p>\n

2. Start to look for ways to utilize your unique talents, part time<\/strong> until you have a portfolio of clients that start to pay your full time rate. When this happens make sure to offer your talents to your current employer on a consultive basis. No need to leave them out. They can save on benefits and other areas that you are not currently aware of but can still use your skills for their business.<\/p>\n

3. Look for ways to market an information product, based on your knowledge in a certain niche market.<\/strong> No matter what your interest, you have advanced knowledge that someone would be more than happy to pay for if presented in the right manner. Creating a business mindset is extremely important when it comes to living in a successful life. When you are profitably serving a market with your unique talents and abilities their are many benefits that you start to experience:<\/p>\n

1. Peace of Mind – When you are working in your area of\u00a0strength, you tend to become to be more at peace with yourself. Real problems arise when you are working in a field that does not correspond with your unique talents. You start to experience some real frustration working outside of this area.<\/p>\n

2. Bliss – This is the feeling you get when time rushes by when you are engaged in your work. When you look at the clock and twelve hours has passed by like a blink of an eye, while you were engaged in your work, you get a real feeling of accomplishment when you start to see the results from your work.<\/p>\n

Serving a market profitably and responsibly is key to living a highly successful life and when you start to move from the employee mindset to the business owner mindset, you whole world shifts.<\/p>\n
