I used to hear this statement frequently, “How much more can I do?”.
This statement generally came from sales people who I had working for me, when they weren’t making many sales.
Anyone who is in sales knows that it is extremely important to continue to fill your pipeline with prospects because if you didn’t you would hit a dry spell where you were not making sales.
Here are a few things to keep in mind to know if you are not doing enough:
1. If you are not getting the results you are looking for.
This is the time when you need to reevaluate what you are doing if you are not getting the results you are looking for.
Look for new information and actions to take.
2. If you are not making forward progress.
This is just as bad as moving backwards. If you are not moving forward, you are moving backwards.
This is the time when you should start to look for new goals and objectives to reach. Goals and objectives that make you stretch.
We must always be looking to stretch ourselves to move forward, to become more and to of more value to others.
Jesus’ disciples were arguing amongst each other about who was going to be the greatest among them, and Jesus stepped in and said that no matter how much anyone of them would do, it still wouldn’t be enough.
I guess He would know after all He was the one who came to this earth to bear the weight of the world’s sin.
As Always, Here’s to Your LifetoSuccess,
God Bless You,
