Are your habits holding you back?

We are creatures of habit and everything we do stems from the habitual way that we think and act.

If you are not currently experiencing the life you would like to be living, chances are you can find a habitual thought or action that is creating your current life style.

We have a habitual way of acting around people.

We have a habitual way of thinking about ourselves and others around us.

When we come to this conclusion, we can start to pay attention to what we are thinking and how we are acting. We can become aware of a thinking pattern or a reoccurring action that we do day in and day out and when we catch that limiting habit of thought or action, we can start to take action towards changing that thought or action habit.

The real question we need to ask ourselves is…

What are our habits costing us?

    Life follows paradigms. Negative habits are *always* acquired. Babies are born perfect and remain perfect until they acquire the idea – or pick up habits – which aren't perfect.

    Thanks for the wake-up call John. It's good to be reminded of these things on a consistent basis.
