Herbal teas, for the most part, are very safe to drink. Those that enjoy herbal tea already are able to easily understand the benefits that this tea can provide to them. It may help you to relax. Those that are allergic to ragweed can suffer highly serious reactions to pineapple weed or chamomile. This includes those that have a tendency of being a hay fever suffer. In severe cases, it can cause shock and death to those that are allergic to it.
• Lobelia is another option in herbal teas that you should consider. Lobelia can have toxins in it that can have the same effects as nicotine on the body.

If you do have allergies to any type of food or plant like elements, you should consider avoiding these types of herbal teas. The good news is that most people don’t have this problem and even if you do, there are plenty of other herbal tea products that you can enjoy that don’t provide these reactions. Take the time to consider what is in the herbal tea that you are purchasing before using it. It can help to insure you don’t fall victim to an allergic reaction!
