Goal Setting is one of those subjects that is often taught but very rarely followed. This is a great video on goal setting by Jeffrey Gitomer. I hope you enjoy it!
Let me know what you think!
How are you doing this year with your goals? Are you making things happen or are you falling a little behind?
Here are a couple of resources that may help get you going again:
1. The Habit Busting System – This system can help you get rid of any non-serving habit while creating habits that serve you.
2. Simpleology 101 – This is another great system that steps you through a great way of looking at success and how to get from where you are to where you want to be.
3. Jeffrey Gitomer’s Website – I first came across his work when I bought one of Jim Rohn’s Weekend Seminar programs. I have been a fan ever since. Make sure to sign up for his newsletter.

This is a nice blog and explained every aspects of success and goal setting. I have one thing to add to this blog and that is about the music therapy. I have used this therapy to motivate many people to set goals and achieving the same.
The number one enemy of your performance is the 'Stress' and a good music can easily relieve you from the stress. My advice to readers : Identify the type of music that sooth your nerves and let you relax. Listen to your favorite music before going to the bed. Some type of music could let you focus on your plan effectively.
One need to set an achievable goal and then plan to set a time frame to achieve the same. It is very much necessary to understand your strength and weakness before you set your time frame.
