“If you spend five minutes complaining, you have just wasted five minutes. If you continue complaining, it won’t be long before they haul you out to a financial desert and there let you choke on the dust of your own regret.” – Jim Rohn
We are faced with many challenges these days when it comes to financial decisions. The worst thing that we can do is complain about the financial winds that are blowing.
There is only one way out of your financial problems and that is by the application of timeless success principles.
Here is a list of three things that can help in this “new” economy:
1. Decision – We must make a decision to get on a better financial footing. Here is a quote that I love:
“Every successful achievement begins with decision. Most unsuccessful lives are conspicuously absent of decision.” – Dan Kennedy
Without firmly making the decision to make a change in your life, there will never be any change happening. This applies to any area of your life, you would like to change.
Another very important question to answer is… Why? And the more answers you can come up with here the better your chances are of following through on your decision.
2. Habit Change – We are where we are because of our habits. We have a habitual way of thinking and acting and these habits cause both our success and failure.
When we start to move towards our decisions, we need to examine the habits that have been working in us to find the habits we need to change in order to get to where we want to go.
One of the best resources that addresses habit change is located at http://www.habitbustingsystem.com
3. Feedback and Adjustments – When you start to make changes in your life, you will start to receive feedback. The way to work with feedback is simple, if you are moving towards your new decision keep doing what you are doing.
If you are not moving towards your new decision, you need to go back to looking at your habits and find the next habit that is holding you back. And you can also look to the experts that have gone to where you are looking to go and find out what they did and start taking the actions that they did and you should start to move forward.
This is a pattern that you need to repeat over and over over until you get to where you want to go.
Another great resource that can help you get moving in the right direction is Simpleology 101, this is step by step success process that can help you reach any decision that you decide for yourself and you can get there by going to http://bit.ly/bNtx5i
