Key to Staying Motivated: Using the Knowledge of Others to Bridge the Gap…

We don’t have to “re-invent the wheel”.

Unless we are looking to accomplish something that has never been done in human history, there is probably someone who has done what we are looking to accomplish.

In the areas of fitness, money, relationships, business or spiritual, chances are someone is where we want to be in these areas and in order for us to enjoy the results they are, all we need to do is follow the same steps that they have and through the success law of cause and effect we will reach those same results.

The key here is to make sure that we seek out and implement the suggestions of those who have done what we are looking to achieve.

For me personally, over the last couple of months, I have set some pretty aggressive goals for myself in the area of health and fitness but I knew that I was not going to be able to achieve these goals with my present knowledge of the subject so I sought the advise from someone that I have come to trust in this area. His name is Tom Venuto and the information that I am using to accomplish this goal is at Burn The Fat.

By implementing the ideas from his program I have been able to shed 40 pounds while adding muscle mass.

Along with using the information from that program, I have also had to adjust some of the thinking and action habits that have been embedded into me for a lot of years.

I have been using Lee Milteer’s Habit Busting System to help me in that area. Again another person whose expertise has been able to help me accomplish this aggressive goal.

So for this particular goal, I have been using expert knowledge from two sources while applying the cause and effect law of success and I am getting the results that I am looking for.

Here are a few action ideas that might help you bridge the gap:

1. Get clear about what you want in the areas of your life including health and fitness, business and career, relationships, financial and spiritual.

2. Find someone who has accomplished what it is you are looking to accomplish.

3. Implement the thoughts and actions that these people have and allow the law of cause and effect work.

4. Continue to work on uncovering the thoughts and actions that have been holding you back and create “new” thoughts and actions that will help you keep the improvements you have made, make sure to check out Lee Milteer’s Habit Busting System , this is a great program for habit change.

I hope you find this useful!

As Always, Here’s to Your LifetoSuccess,

John Clark
