The easiest sales to make are to people you have down business with and are raving fans of your product or service followed closely by those who are referred to you by these raving fans of you. If you are not leveraging the customers you have and asking for referrals, you are leaving a lot of sales revenue on the table.
And in this challenging economics time, revenue is a must to keep our businesses alive.
