The Success of Our World Comes from an INDIVIDUAL Decision to Do This…

Look around you…

If you are paying attention to what is going on, you will have noticed that we are facing some very challenging issues in our society today.

We have record unemployment going on…

We have civil unrest spreading like a wild fire in Europe…

We have a media and politicians looking to take advantage of any crisis that happens for political gain (current example is the AZ shootings of last weekend)…

We have $100 a barrel oil going on causing the price of your average gallon of gas to be over $3 a gallon in the US, which will start to lead to higher prices in your grocery stores and any other store that relies on trucks to bring them the product…

The list goes on and on!!!

So what is the answer to this?

Do you feel isolated?

Do you feel frustrated?

Who do you look to for answers to all these challenges?

The answers to these issues can not be answered by anyone on this planet…

But they can be answered by Someone who walked on this planet.

JESUS is the only answer to the challenges that we face.

This is a hard pill to swallow for most BUT… It is the only ANSWER!!!

Why is that? You may be saying to yourself. Surly there must be someone on this earth who can provide us with solutions to these problems we face.

The only thing I can say about that is, if someone comes to the forefront with all the answers to the problems we face right now, be prepared for some very, very hard times… worse then we have ever seen on this planet… EVER!!!

Most of us will shy away from the FACT, that Jesus is the only answer. And there is good reason for that. The main reason for that is because it will require you to make changes in your life. And if you haven’t noticed. MOST people hate to change things. They would rather just let things happen in their lives then to actually change the way they think and act.

This is normal and natural… by design!!!

We were born into a sin nature. You say to yourself, what does that mean?

Well we were born with free will but we were also born with an animal instinct to kill or be killed. To think of ourselves and our needs first. To get ours and to hell with everyone else.

And this is where the challenge comes in with that FREE WILL!!! This is the ultimate test!!

And you will at the end of your life face a simple score of pass or fail.

It’s funny…

If you have been born and you are of sound mind and have gotten to a place where you have been able to take care of yourself in any capacity, you have been given a package… Let’s call it a gift, if you will.

And in this package is eternal life… in paradise, where all your needs are taken care of. You won’t have to worry about where your next meal is coming from. You won’t have to worry about money. You won’t have to worry about getting fat, old or being tired.

Just imagine… your greatest sense of joy and multiply it by infinity and that feeling lasting… FOREVER!!!

And all you have to do is open that gift and accept it…

The answers to the problems we face today are not answered by bigger government and more social programs.

The answers to the problems we face today are answered by Jesus.

When we accept this wonderful gift that God has given us, and we start living our lives by the PERFECT example that Jesus provided for us, our lives do not simply change, they explode with abundance. This does not mean that you have to be perfect because we can never be perfect.

When we start to put Jesus first, followed by the others around us, followed by ourselves, we unlock the chains that have bound us and start to experience pure joy in our lives.

But the price is not easy to pay. Because we have to give up a lot of the thoughts and actions that have been keeping us alive up to this point and turn to a source of power that we can not see with our eyes or feel with our hands and give our lives over to this power by sheer FAITH!!!

If you are currently experiencing any challenges in your life right now or even if you are not experiencing any challenges in your life right now, because if you are human, you will. Here are a few things to do right now to get yourself back on your feet:

1. Get a bible and Start reading it – This book has ALL the answers to the challenges you face. If you do not have the means get one, go to any church or go to a library and check one out. Both of those places are quick and easy places to start.

2. Become a member of a “Local” Bible Believing and Teaching Church – The Bible is sometimes a very confusing book and requires people with the understanding of what this book says to help you through it. That is what the job of a pastor is, to help the people coming to the church understand the word of God. You will notice that I put local in parenthesis above, getting involved locally is one of the most important things you can do. We need to start the process right where we are at. We need to start the process in our immediate presence and then work out from there.

3. Start living your life as Jesus lived his life – This is where the rubber meets the road. This is where you start to put the word of God into action. And when you do this being faithful in your actions, you start to unleash an unseen Godly power that will help you with any challenge that you face. God has promised us that He will never give us a problem that is too BIG for us to handle. These problems are in our lives to help us grow in our Christian lives. These are all part of the perfecting process. The answer to these challenges will require us to change some of our habitual thinking and actions.

Start today!!! If you are living and breathing as you are reading this, it is not too late!!!

But the time is at hand and you have to make your decision before it is too late. So act today!!

As Jesus said on the cross, before He payed the ultimate price to pay for our sins, to the convict that was hung right next to him:

Then one of the criminals who were hanged blasphemed Him, saying, “If You are the Christ, save Yourself and us.”

But the other, answering, rebuked him, saying, “Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation?

And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong.”

Then he said to Jesus, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.” (*My input: This is where the criminal accepted Jesus as his Savior, right before he died)

And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.” Luke 23:39-43

The convict got it right as his life was about to end. We can not get into heaven by our deeds but only by accepting Jesus Christ as our savior but we have to do it before our last breath on this earth.

We know two things with absolute certainly:

1. We were born.

2. We will die.

Both of these things, we had and have no control over when either one of them happened. But we are blessed highly by our birth but only if we accept Jesus as our Savior and that is the INDIVIDUAL decision that you have to make.
