Well, vacation is almost over.
August is rapidly coming to a close and it is time to get serious about the 2nd half of 2011.
I hope that you have had a great summer and I also hope that all the news going on out there isn’t getting you down.
There is one thing I do know for sure, and that is that no matter what happens with the economy, our government or this world, there is always a place for a person of value. And if you concentrate on working on and increasing your skills and develop skills that are in demand, there will always be a place for you.
I personally have recommitted myself to a couple of my goals and one of those has been to post more often to this blog.
There are 2 areas that we need to be working with on a constant basis and here they are:
1. Our Habits – We need to be constantly looking at our habits and adjusting them in a manner that serves us instead of hindering us. This is very hard to do but vital when it comes to achieving any level of success.
Habits can be very subtle as well. Some of the ones that are holding us back can be working underneath the surface and we may not even know about them.
Lee Milteer’s Habit Busting System has been one of the programs that has been helping me uncover and change some very limiting habits that I didn’t even know were there. These habits can be both physical as well as thinking habits. Thinking habits are the tricky ones, but this program has some very interesting ways of addressing this.

2. Our Goals – This is probably one of the most over taught subjects that I have ever seen. But as everyone will tell you that they know about goals and they know how important they are, only a small number of people actually take the time to write down their goals and develop a plan to reach them and take action towards their goals.
My friend, Gary Ryan Blair, has developed a great goals program what will help you develop a habit for goal setting. That is right, making a habit out of goal setting.
This is one the habits that if you were to develop would change your life as well as the life of your loved ones in a very positive manner.
Make sure to check out his program at the 100 Day Challenge .
Both programs are geared at helping you make changes in your life that will last forever.
Make sure to check them out and make the most of way is remaining for 2011.
As Always, Here’s to Your LifetoSuccess,
God Bless You,
John Clark
